Better Yourself Education is contracted by municipal education bureaus across China to hire and manage foreign teachers for schools in the public and private sectors. Each candidate is assigned a professional recruiter and a visa handler. We provide bilingual caseworkers to help our candidates get settled in China as they arrive. Not only we hope the candidates can develop our students’ English Speaking level, also we hope the candidate can enhance their own teaching skills and rich their experience according to the English teaching in China. Job Description: • Bilingual Kindergarten groups across China in different cities such as Beijing, Wuhan, Changsha, Hangzhou, Oral English Teaching • Contract Length: 12 months starting ASAP or anytime in 2026 • Schedule: Monday to Friday day time, Weekends off • Teaching Hours: 8：00am-5:00pm 12:00-13:00:break time • Students: aged from 3-6 (each class has 1 bilingual teaching assistant + 1 life teacher) • Classroom fully equipped with computer, projector, whiteboard, and microphone • Curriculum and teaching materials provided • Number of headcounts: 22 What we offer: • Gross monthly salary: 20K-25K RMB after tax. • Up to 8,000 RMB Flight Allowance, reimbursed upon completion of the contract • Legal work permit and visa support • Commercial Insurance • Free breakfast and lunch • Paid Chinese holidays + 10 days annual leave + 6 day paid sick leave each year (the first year) • 3 nights free hotel upon arrival • Airport pickup, bank, phone card, and apartment rental assistance • Start-up training and academic support • Part time opportunities Requirements: *Native English Speaker from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa； *Degree: BA or Above； *At least one out of three: 1) Teaching related degree (majored in English, Education, English Literature, Creative Writing etc.); OR 2) 2 years teaching experience (with original reference letter from current/former employers); OR 3) Teaching certificate holder: TEFL/TESOL (at least 120 hrs), CELTA, DELTA, State teaching license, PGCE, QTS.
